The Blacklist is how Bones drops. A design is revealed, a window opens, you place your order. When the window closes we produce exactly to the number of orders placed. Not one more. Your item ships, then the design retires to the Vault. Full breakdown →
Yes - but only before the window closes. Once the window shuts and production begins, your order is locked. It was made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless it arrives faulty or incorrect.
Production begins after the window closes. Expected dispatch timelines are shown on each Blacklist product page and confirmed in your order email. Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking notification.
The public window closes and the design moves to the Vault. The production number stays fixed - never increased - but the design isn't gone: inside the Vault it stays available to anyone who's unlocked access. Miss the public window and the Vault is the only way back to it.
Your garment ships with a numbered physical collectable card your unique place in that drop, stored permanently in your Bones account. You also receive a Gold Token which unlocks the Crypt, double Bones Points, and 30 days of Vault access from when your order ships. (Vault access can also be unlocked any time with Bones Points.)

Yes - we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in their country. These are not included in our prices and vary by destination.
You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking information once your order ships. You can also view your order history and status in your Bones account.
Check your tracking link first. If your order is significantly overdue or your tracking shows an issue, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partners.
No - Blacklist items are produced specifically to your order and cannot be returned for change of mind or wrong size selected. The only exceptions are items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Full returns policy →
Contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice. We take this seriously because it affects our relationship with our production partners.
Yes - within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We'll attempt a size exchange first. If your size isn't available, a full refund is issued on receipt of the return. We cover return postage. Full returns policy →
Every purchase earns Bones Points automatically - added to your account when you order. Blacklist orders earn double. Points never expire and your lifetime total never decreases, even when you spend them.
Points are spendable in four ways. Money off- in your Bones account you can convert points into credit (100 points = £1). Your credit is saved to your account as a code, ready to apply at checkout. Vault access- unlock the Vault any time without waiting for a Blacklist order. Voting- spend points to vote in the Archives on which retired designs return. Prize draws- enter raffles and prize draws for rare pieces and one-offs. Your lifetime points total stays on record even after you spend.
There are three digital tokens - Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze is earned with every Canvas Art purchase. 2 Bronze converts to 1 Silver. Silver is earned through Vault purchases. 3 Silver converts to 1 Gold. Gold is earned by buying from the Blacklist - and unlocks the Crypt. Full breakdown →
You need a Gold Token. Buy from the Blacklist and one is issued to your account automatically along with a unique access code. Enter the code on the Crypt entry screen — it unlocks permanently. Missed a Blacklist window? Collect 3 Silver Tokens and they automatically become 1 Gold.
Every Blacklist order ships with a numbered physical collectable card - Common, Rare, or Legendary - each with a unique reference code that matches your digital card in your account. Cards are tied to your ownership and will be transferable between Bones accounts when the card game launches. Hold onto them.
Yes - your discount grows with every order. 1 order: 10% off. 2 orders: 15%. 3 orders: 20%. 4 orders: 25%. 5 orders: 40%. Applied automatically at checkout - no codes needed. You can see your current tier in your Bones account.
Fit varies by garment - some pieces are oversized, others sit regular or boxy. Each product page lists its fit, and all our measurements are of the garment laid flat, not the body. For oversized pieces, size down if you're between sizes; for regular fits, take your usual size. Check the fit note on the product and the size guide → before ordering.

Canvas prints and posters are produced to order. Delivery depends on the drop closing date, with orders shipped within 10 days after the drop closes. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
Canvas Art is produced to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or with a quality issue, contact us with photos and we'll replace or refund in full.
Yes - every Canvas Art purchase earns 1 Bronze Token and Bones Points. Every 2 Bronze Tokens automatically become 1 Silver. Silver tokens are part of the path to Gold - which unlocks the Crypt.
