The Process

HOW IT WORKS.

SUBMIT YOUR CONCEPT

Send us your design concept - the idea, the reference, the story behind it. Finished artwork or a rough concept, both are welcome. Your work is your work. We don't remake it. If the artwork needs further development we will offer you the option to develop it yourself or collaborate - your choice. The credit and the revenue share stays with you either way.

THE COMMUNITY VOTES

Submitted concepts go to a community vote. The vote shapes the shortlist and guides the direction it tells us what resonates. But the final decision sits with Bones. We are the brand. We decide what gets made, what fits, and what's ready. The vote informs. We call it.

IT GOES INTO PRODUCTION

The selected concept is developed and produced. The winning design gets its own moment a standalone hero section on the Bones homepage featuring the artist and their work. It also lives in Off Season as its own release. Your name. Your design. On the brand.

YOU EARN FROM EVERY SALE

From the moment it drops, you earn 10% of every sale your design makes - rising to 20% as it sells. Not a prize. Not a one-off payment. An ongoing share for as long as the design sells. Subject to contract.

Revenue Share

WHAT YOU EARN.

Real money. Ongoing. Not a competition prize with a cheque at the end. A genuine share of what your work generates.

On the first 50 units
10%

You earn 10% of every sale from the moment your design drops. On a £55 garment that's £5.50 per unit sold directly to you, ongoing, for every sale during the launch.

On everything after 50 units
20%

Once your design passes 50 units, your rate doubles to 20% on every sale after - the better it sells, the more you earn. On a £55 garment that's £11 per unit. Subject to contract agreed before production begins.

All revenue share agreements are subject to a formal contract signed before production. Bones The Label retains full creative direction and production rights. Designer retains credit and ongoing revenue entitlement as agreed.

If you impress, you become part of what we are building. Working alongside Reza, contributing your own ideas, shaping future collections. Not as a hired hand as a collaborator with a genuine stake in the brand's direction.

YOUR REVENUE GROWS

As your contribution to Bones grows, so does your percentage. Long term collaborators earn more. The harder you work, the more you build with us, the greater your share of what we create together. Subject to agreement.
