These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bones The Label website and the purchase of any products or services from us. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms in full.

Bones The Label is operated by Cyber Catalyst Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

Users under 16 may purchase with permission from the bill payer/parent or guardian. By using our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase goods subject to these terms. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for example, if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if an error has occurred in the pricing or description of a product.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

The Blacklist is our ledger-based drop system. When you place a Blacklist order during an open window, you are committing to a purchase of a product that will be produced specifically to your order once the window closes.

You may cancel your Blacklist order at any time before the window closes. Once the window closes and production begins, your order is locked and cannot be cancelled, except in the case of a fault or error on our part.

By placing a Blacklist order, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The item is produced to order and cannot be returned for change of mind or wrong size selected
• The exact number of items produced is determined by the number of orders placed during the window
• Once the window closes, no further orders will be accepted for that exhibit under any circumstances
• The design will be retired to the Vault permanently once production is complete

Bones Points, Bronze Tokens, Silver Tokens, and Gold Tokens are awarded as part of our loyalty programme. These have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the rewards programme at any time. We will give reasonable notice of any significant changes where possible.

Points and tokens are tied to your Bones account and are non-transferable except where explicitly permitted within the platform.

We reserve the right to offer promotional codes, discounts, and special offers at our discretion. We also reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotional offer at any time without notice.

Promotional codes are single use unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined with other offers, and have no cash value. We reserve the right to refuse a promotional code if we believe it is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

If a promotional discount was applied to an order that is subsequently returned, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid — not the full pre-discount price.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by our fulfilment partners, Royal Mail, or any other third party carrier.

For Blacklist orders, dispatch occurs after production is complete. Expected dispatch timelines are communicated on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If you are not available to receive a delivery, it is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection.

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes applicable in their country.

All designs, artwork, illustrations, brand assets, copy, and content on the Bones The Label website and products are the intellectual property of Cyber Catalyst Ltd and are protected by UK and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any Bones The Label design, artwork, or brand asset for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

Purchasing a Bones product gives you ownership of that physical item only. It does not grant you any licence to reproduce or commercially exploit the design printed or embroidered on it.

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, or if you wish to request a licence, contact us at bonesthelabel@outlook.com.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your login details secure.

You must provide accurate and up to date information when creating or updating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in breach of these terms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Closing your account will result in the loss of any accrued points, tokens, and access records. This action is irreversible.

By submitting a design concept through Open Canvas, you confirm that you own or have the right to submit the concept and that it does not infringe the intellectual property of any third party.

Submitting a concept does not guarantee it will be selected or produced. The final creative decision rests entirely with Bones The Label and its collaborators.

If your design is selected and produced, a separate revenue share agreement will be issued. The terms outlined on the Open Canvas page are indicative only and subject to contract. No revenue share is owed unless a signed agreement is in place.

Community voting results are used as input to the selection process and do not constitute a binding commitment to produce any design.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cyber Catalyst Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of our site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
