Yes, but only before the window closes. Once the window shuts and production begins your order is locked. It was made specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged unless it arrives faulty or incorrect.
Production begins after the window closes on 31 August 2026. Expected dispatch timelines are shown on the product page and confirmed in your order email. You will get a tracking notification once dispatched.
The window closes and the design moves to the Vault. The production number stays fixed and is never increased. The design is not gone, but the Vault is the only way back to it.
A numbered collectable card, a Gold Token which unlocks the Crypt, double Bones Points, and Vault access which unlocks the moment you order.
The physical card ships separately from your garment. Cards go into production once the designs are finished properly, so your digital card lands in your account first.
Bare Bones & Off Season: produced to order. Allow 3-5 working days before dispatch, then UK delivery in 3-5 days.
Blacklist: production starts once the window closes. Dispatch timelines are confirmed in your order email.
Canvas Art: allow 3-5 working days for production. UK 6-12 days total, Europe 8-16, USA and Canada 10-24, Australia and NZ 14-28.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or taxes in their country. These are not included in our prices and vary by destination.
You will get a dispatch email with tracking once your order ships. You can also view your order history in your Bones account.
Check your tracking link first. If your order is significantly overdue or tracking shows an issue, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with our fulfilment partners.
No. Blacklist items are produced specifically to your order and cannot be returned for change of mind or wrong size. The only exceptions are items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect. Full returns policy →
Contact us within 14 days with photos of the issue and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
Yes, within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. We will try a size exchange first. If your size is not available a full refund is issued on receipt. Full returns policy →
£1 spent = 1 Bones Point, added automatically when you order. Blacklist orders earn double. Points never expire and your lifetime total never decreases, even when you spend them.
Money off: 50 points for £5, 100 for £10, 200 for £20. The code generates instantly, ready to apply at checkout.
Vault access: unlock without a Blacklist order. Currently switched off until the first design retires into the Vault.
Voting: lifetime points decide what you can vote on in the Archives.
Prize draws: entry into raffles for rare pieces.
Three digital tokens. Bronze is earned on every Canvas Art purchase, and 2 Bronze converts to 1 Silver. Silver is earned through Vault purchases, and 3 Silver converts to 1 Gold. Gold comes from Blacklist purchases and unlocks the Crypt. Full breakdown →
You need a Gold Token. Buy from the Blacklist and one is issued automatically along with an access code, sent to your account inbox. Enter the code on the Crypt entry screen and it unlocks permanently. Missed a window? Collect 3 Silver Tokens and they become 1 Gold.
Every Blacklist order comes with a numbered collectable card, Common, Rare or Legendary, each with a unique reference code that matches your digital card.
The physical card ships separately from your garment. We are not rushing them into production. Your digital card is issued to your account first, with the physical following once the designs are finalised.
Yes, your discount grows with every order. 1 order: 10% off. 2 orders: 15%. 3 orders: 20%. 4 orders: 25%. 5 orders: 40%. Applied automatically at checkout, no codes needed. Your current tier shows in your Bones account.
Fit varies by garment. Some pieces are oversized, others sit regular or boxy. Each product page lists its fit and all measurements are of the garment laid flat, not the body. For oversized pieces size down if you are between sizes. Size guide →

Canvas Art is produced to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or with a quality issue, contact us with photos and we will replace or refund in full.
Yes, every Canvas Art purchase earns 1 Bronze Token and Bones Points. Every 2 Bronze becomes 1 Silver, and Silver is part of the path to Gold, which unlocks the Crypt.
